2012 London Olympics Medals
Designed by a renown designer; David Watkins, the medal design features Nike; the Greek goddess of victory based on the Greek Mythology.
The fronts of the medal depict Nike stepping from Parthenon with the 2012 London Olympics sport engraved on the 7mm thick rim. While the back of the medal has the 2012 London Olympics Logo, River Thames that passes through London, the official city hosting the 2012 London Olympics Games with series of lines that are designed to signify the participants energy.
